1. Project details

Use a non-identifying reference only. Do not enter homeowner names or addresses.

2. Front of Home

Add one exterior/front-of-home photo for this project. It will appear above the other photo requirements and on the first PDF page. Your phone will request GPS permission when you select the photo.

3. Photo requirements

Choose a report type, then select one or more measures. Project Proposals require PRE photos; Project Reports require PRE and POST photos; QAQC and Home Inspections use optional general photos.

4. Create report

Photos are converted locally to JPEG images. The front-of-home photo appears on the first page. Following pages display up to four photos: two Before/After pairs per page.

GPS stamps appear directly on each PDF photo. Coordinates reflect device location when the photo was selected (not verified original capture location). If permission is denied, the image is stamped GPS unavailable. Photos and coordinates remain on your device until you share the PDF.

Privacy: no account, database, analytics, or photo upload. Selected images stay in browser memory until you reload or close the page. The finished PDF is downloaded to your device. The PDF library is fetched from a CDN; an internet connection is needed on first load.
